In an effort to provide a fun alternative to the typical classroom learning environment, WRWA started offering an annual outdoor "Operator Exp" in 2002.  This initial event was attended by almost 200 people and included outdoor displays and exhibits, hands-on leak detection and line location demonstrations and a pig roast.
