“I am honored to receive this award on behalf of all the hard working conservationists in Central Wisconsin.” according to Representative Molepske,  “Water quality has been one of my top legislative priorities since I have been in office, and I will continue to work to protect our State’s invaluable natural resources.”

“The majority of public water systems in his district are members of WRWA and should be proud of Louis’s support of them as part of the largest utility member organization in the state” according to Ken M. Blomberg, WRWA Executive Director.  “He has been and continues to be a valuable resource to our membership on issues dealing with natural resource legislation.”
