Utility Operator/Laborer

Village of Saukville is accepting applications for a highly motivated, self-directed team player to fill a full-time Utility Operator/Laborer position. Duties include operations and maintenance of the Water/Wastewater Utilities. Typical hours of work are 6 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and 6 am to 10 am on Fridays. Weekend hours required on a rotational basis. Work hours may be modified to meet the operational needs of the organization. Starting wage range $25 – $27 +/- DOQ, plus exceptional benefits including WRS (State of Wisconsin Pension Plan) and health insurance. Previous Water/Wastewater Utility experience preferred but not required. Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check is required. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and a commercial driver’s license (CDL) or the ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months of employment.
