City of Oconomowoc is currently seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Wastewater Operations Manager. The Wastewater Operations Manager is directly responsible for administration, operation and maintenance of the entire wastewater treatment facility, collection system, the Oconomowoc Watershed Protection Program (OWPP), and the City Safety Program. Individuals who possess vision, proven leadership, and have Wastewater management and operations experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Operator’s Certificate at the Advanced Level required.
- Considerable responsible experience for at least 5 years in operation and maintenance of wastewater functions, including extensive supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relative discipline, such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Water Resources preferred.
Competitive Wages and Benefits;
Salary $105,227 to $135,283 depending upon experience with excellent benefits including Wisconsin Retirement System pension.
