Wisconsin receives C+ infrastructure grade, improvement from 2020 – The American Society of Civil Engineers has given Wisconsin’s infrastructure a C+ in its 2024 report, the highest cumulative GPA grade any state has received but one that indicates the state’s infrastructure is in “fair condition, but still requires improvement.” Among all the systems in the state, the highest grade was given to Wisconsin’s hazardous waste and solid waste infrastructure, which each received a B.
