Municipal Clerk

Village of Pardeeville is accepting applications for a Municipal Clerk to join our team. The Village is seeking an energetic individual with a high level of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail. The position of Village Clerk is responsible for record management, assessment, licenses, permits, and reporting for a substantial number of activities for the Village of Pardeeville. Principal duties include, but are not limited to, elections, minutes, licenses, permits, management of records, and all other Statutory requirements. The Village of Pardeeville has a General Fund, Water Utility, Sewer Utility, Electric Utility, and a TID.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 4 years experience in an office environment. An Associates Degree in Public or Business Administration and/or two years of direct municipal experience is preferred. A working knowledge of Wisconsin State Statutes, election procedures, or minute taking is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 annually DOQ.
