This is an opportunity to learn about a few different facilities and to meet and learn from other wastewater operators. Learn about and take a tour of three nearby Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Get to know how different treatment plants work, interesting processes, operations, maintenance, and challenges faced at these WWTP’s.

7:00 am – 7:30 am – Registration at Amherst WWTP

7:30 am – 8:30 am – Presentation on theory, operations, and maintenance of the Amherst WWTP ~ (260 Prairieview St. Amherst, WI 54406)

8:30 am – 9:30 am – Tour of Amherst WWTP (260 Prairieview St. Amherst, WI 54406)

9:30 am – 9:45 am – Travel to Waupaca WWTP

9:45 am – 10:45 am – Presentation on theory, operations, and maintenance of Waupaca WWTP ~ (500 Haberkorn Ct. Waupaca, WI 54981)

10:45 am – 11:45 am – Tour of Waupaca WWTP (325 S Osborn St. Waupaca, WI 54981)

11:45 am – 1:00 pm Lunch on your own & Travel to Manawa

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Presentation on theory, operations, and maintenance of Manawas WWTP ~ (500 S. Bridge St. Manawa, WI 54949)

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Presentation and Tour of Manawas WWTP (101 S. Bridge St. Manawa, WI 54949)
