Bellevue seeks a highly-skilled, ambitious, experienced Utility Superintendent to provide public works services in our team-driven organization.

Reporting to the Director of Public Works, the Utility Superintendent provides support and technical assistance to the Director in operations, management and planning of Bellevue utilities, including water, sewer and stormwater. Under the guidance of the Director, this position will support annual combined utility budgets of $8.2 M and Capital Improvement Projects of $8.6 M.

This position serves a critical role in the operations and management of the public works team. The Utility Superintendent compliments the Street Superintendent by working together to prioritize, schedule and oversee maintenance activities throughout the Village. This proactive position will have the opportunity to support new projects and significant capital investments while providing a vision for future growth.

The Utility Superintendent is a full-timeexempt position with a competitive benefits package and a starting salary range of $71,156 to $78,272, depending on qualifications. This position will remain open until filled.
